This is impossible in practice, from my experience: many FAQs involve
several issues described in unrelated places in the manual, or even in
different manuals, and as we all know, Richard thinks the manual is
already too large for us to add all that.

FAQs also tend to involve many minor issues that are buried in obscure
parts of the docs.
