Emacs' Webapge

A couple of quick comments (non-code related),

 1. The bug reporting mailing-list (address@hidden) is not
noted on savannah's "mailing-lists" webpage; it would be
    nice if it were,

      http://savannah.gnu.org/mail/?group=emacs

 2. The official emacs webpage (the "Homepage"),

      http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/

is _very_ lacking. Half of the links (if not more - click on
"Mailing Lists" for instance), don't work and there is no link
    to the savannah page,

      http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/emacs/

It would also be nice to mention on the homepage what the current
status of emacs is (ie. latest version number and date, etc).

It just seems to me that emacs' webpages need to be restructured and
need to be updated ASAP (with possibly some screenshots, etc) - sorry
to mention this, but compare what is noted with xemacs.org's webpages.
Certainly we (GNU emacs-ers) can do better.

BTW, what's the story with the following URL/domain -- www.emacs.org ?

Just a concerned/curious user looking to propel emacs :-)

Regards,

 - Nadim
