The values returned by `window-at' under MS Windows are, in my
opinion, exactly the ones that should be returned.  So the bugs in
both `coordinates-in-window-p' and `window-at' are operating-system
specific and do not occur under MS Windows.  I do not know the
involved C code well enough to debug this myself.

In my opinion, there are no bugs in windmove.el.
