Hi LISPers!

After some "negotiations" with Eric Ludlam, the author of Semantic, I have
decided as follows:

 - see if I can write a test-suite implementation within a month

 - then, in either case, learn Semantic more thoroughly

 - then bring these two experiences together and implement a Semantic
extension

My decisions are not promises and I give No Warranty.
