I must not have been clear.  The format I meant is:

     * MENU-ENTRY-NAME: NODE-NAME.   LINE_NUMBER. DESCRIPTION

instead of Dave Gillespie's

     * MENU-ENTRY-NAME: NODE-NAME.   DESCRIPTION. LINE_NUMBER. 

or the current

     * MENU-ENTRY-NAME: NODE-NAME.   DESCRIPTION
