Linux is just a kernel--it does not include web browsers.
If you're talking about the GNU/Linux operating system, it
includes various web browsers such as Lynx, Mozilla, and Galeon,
but please don't call the system "Linux".

(The GNU standard format for documentation files is Texinfo.)
