[rmail-mbox-branch]: labels

When doing rmail-summary-by-labels, it won't list any messages that
match the label one specifies in the summary-buffer (the label does
exist in the mbox).


[I might note that I'm not expecting anyone to send patches for
 anything I post, it is more of a todo list that I'm sharing with
 everyone.  That and maybe someone can whip up a patch for the stuff I
 send faster then I can.]
