bootstrap failure again

I updated the source today, configured witn --use-GTK and the bootstrap
fails with this message:

Processing header part...
Formatting translation rules...
Byte-compile the created files by:
  % emacs -batch -f batch-byte-compile XXX.el
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `/root/emacs/leim/MISC-DIC/CTLau-b5.html', 
needed by `changed.misc'.  Stop.

Any hint ?
