I think it's somewhat misleading --
-Q apparently does _two_ things: (1) it ignores all customizations,
and (2) uses `minimal settings' (turns off toolbars etc.)
`--minimal' implies that it only does (2).
`--minimal-defaults' explicitly refers to both (1) and (2).
