I forgot to mention a couple of things:

  1) WuBi.tit (in cxterm) appears to be the result of converting 
     WuBi.u (in cWnn)

  2) At:

       http://www.asahi-net.or.jp/~ez3k-msym/comp/meadow.htm#ime

     there's some info on converting(?) .tit files using Meadow,
     and something specific about WuBi.tit.  But perhaps you are 
     familiar w/ most of the details already :-)
