I suspect that some w32-specific Makefiles (*/makefile.w32-in) and
probably also nt/*.defs files need an update due to the recent changes
by Paul Eggert that moved around the getopt.* stuff.

I suggest to look at Paul's changes in the various Makefile's and do
the same in the w32 files.
