CVS problems?

I haven’t been able to pull from CVS this weekend.  Anyone else having trouble?  The command I’ve been using is:

> cvs -z3 -d:ext:address@hidden:/cvsroot/emacs co emacs

The error I get is:

> savannah.gnu.org: Operation timed out
> cvs [checkout aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any)

Any suggestions?
