Not for me, it isn't.  Sorry.

To try to debug and fix it, I need to know:

  (1) What shell is being used to run the commands in the pipeline
      that produces the man page;

  (2) What ports of gawk and Sed are used (presumably Cygwin, but
      that's a guess).
