Actually on the non-toolkit X build the parent's menu name is
displayed in the header of the submenu:

So "Describe" is unnecessarily duplicated.

This is rather a failure of tmm.  It doesn't display the full path
to the current submenu.  It would be useful to implement this.
And shorter menu names are much better for tmm to occupy less space
in its completion buffer.
