I've reduced their size, although they're still larger than yours.  I've
also subdued the red so that it matches the other icons more.  For the
moment, I've installed these.

I don't like black on red and the cross obscures a bit too much.  I'm not sure
that I like mine either.  We can replace them later.  The main thing is that
the logic is in place.

I've done this now.  The "running man" icon is still used for all debuggers
apart from gdba.
