SourceForge change of CVS Server

Dear CC Mode enthusiasts,

SourceForge has just changed the names of the CVS servers through which
you access the project CVS archives.

Up until recently the server for CC Mode was cvs.sourceforge.net.  It has
now become cc-mode.cvs.sourceforge.net.

To fix your setup, you'll need to change your files called ..../CVS/Root
(there are three of them, cc-mode/CVS/Root, cc-mode/tests/CVS/Root and
cc-mode/admin/CVS/Root) from

:pserver:address@hidden:/cvsroot/cc-mode

to

:pserver:address@hidden:/cvsroot/cc-mode
                   ^^^^^^^^

Alternatively, you could just check the whole thing out again, following
the (updated) instructions in
<http://cc-mode.sourceforge.net/anoncvs.php>.
