With the Lucid toolkit, which is the default on GNU/Linux, if you do,
after `emacs -q -nbc' (but _without_ -nw), `C-h k F10' you see:
<f10> runs the command tmm-menubar
I do not know what the behavior is with GTK, LessTif, and Motif,
or on a Mac.
