New Lisp Manual section

After a discussion, we discovered the need to add a node to the Lisp
manual describing key sequences from the Lisp point of view.

Can someone please write this?

This is a matter of collecting the information that is needed.
You don't need to write publication-quality text; if you simply
put down the right information, it will be easy for me to
make it nice and shiny.
