Thanks.  Unfortunately, except for making sure it's not something
specific to Angelo's machine, this doesn't get us anywhere.

What is required is to use the debugger to find out why Emacs crashes.

Perhaps you could try to find out which change(s) commited since last
Friday broke the Cygwin build.

This problem should also be investigated, IMO.  There's no reason to
assume the GTK build would not work on Cygwin.
