ffap-rfc-path host ds.internic.net seems gone

   The ds.internic.net host generated by default by ffap for an rfc seems
   to be gone.  Eg. in the scratch buffer with point on "RFC1945", M-x
   ffap gives

           /address@hidden:/rfc/rfc1945.txt

   which gets an ange-ftp error

           ftp> open ds.internic.net
           ftp: ds.internic.net: Unknown host

   Would there be a better main server to have as the default these days?

How about rfc-editor.org:

        /address@hidden:/in-notes/rfc1945.txt
