Building on Mac OS X (10.3), "make" fails with (last lines only):

  Writing LC_UNIXTHREAD     command
  26524 unused bytes follow Mach-O header

  ./emacs -q -batch -f list-load-path-shadows
  make[1]: *** No rule to make target 
`/Users/benny/Projects/emacs-22.0.90/src/../mac/Emacs.app/Contents/Resources/Emacs.icns',
 needed by `macosx-bundle'.  Stop.
  make: *** [src] Error 2

It seems that mac/Emacs.app/Contents/Resources/Emacs.icns is missing.

After I copy the file from a CVS checkout, "make" proceeds and the
result of "make install" seems to work fine.
