That's because (I pressume that) you use and like pop-up-frames. But
if you generally use just one frame, and want another for stuff sent
from emacsclient, you can use `server-window': either pre-create a
frame, iconize it, and set server-window to it, or use a server-window
function to create the frame on demand.
