I honestly don't remember, it was long time ago (and I'm not using
MSVC anymore, so I cannot check). It was all fixed by remembering to
use "cvs update -C -kb" on nt/.

If I ever check out a full tree and stumble upon it again I'll make
sure to document the trouble.
