      * Gnus BABYL support will break.  Since the new Rmail no longer knows
        how to decode BABYL, neither will Gnus.  This is unfortunate, but
        more or less unavoidable, given the way Rmail is designed.

Gnus should covert Babyl files into mailbox files.  (So should Rmail,
I guess.)  The unrmail command, plus the old code for reading Babyl files,
ought to suffice for this.

That is the only kind of support for Babyl files that we can retain
in the Rmail-inbox code.  It would be too much of a pain to try to
support actually editing both formats.
