Do you want the same (non-documented, AFAIK) release procedures being
used for future releases? Would you consider acceptable to delay 23.1
if not for five years like 22.1, for two or three?

People who volunteer their time and energy to this project, and just
want a more productive development/release model, do not deserve being
called "negative" or compared to spoiled brats, IMO.
