emacs unicode 2 cvs: Cannot open termcap database file.

Hi all,

I use emacs unicode 2 compiled from the latest cvs.  Today I want to use 
mutt with emacs, but when I run the command *emacs -nw*, I meet the 
error messages as follows:

emacs: Cannot open termcap database file

My os is Debian 4.0r0, I cann't find the termcap package from within the 
synaptic, what should I do to solve this problem?
