Merge unicode-2 and move to 23.0.52 (23.0.50 appears to be unicode-2
unmerged IIRC, 23.0.51 appears to be multi-tty branch). At the
moment, there appears little point in bumbing the last number unless
we have an architectural change/branch merge.
