In this same vein, after I killed Emacs accidentally too many times, I just
deleted the C-x C-c binding altogether.  I'm happy to type M-x
save-buffers-kill-emacs RET (with partial-completion-mode this is just M-x
s-b-k-e) whenever I want to kill Emacs.
