fyi, a new file admin/notes/lel-TODO lists lisp/emacs-lisp/
features that may (or may not, depending on You) need documenting.
please give it a look and point it out to anyone interested in
improving Emacs.

(i chose to focus on that directory after realizing assoc.el
functionality is probably reimplemented ten thousand times a year.
it's not my intention to kill anyone's joy of implementation, but to
instead nurture their joy of factorization.  docs on fundamentals are
prime for that.)
