It is in:

/usr/share/icons/gnome/32x32/apps/system-file-manager.png

dired is a file manager, right?

If you really want to use the gtk-stock icon, GTK_STOCK_DIRECTORY can be
a good candidate although I feel it is not as nice as
system-file-manager.png.
