Changes in the erc-ssl function

In hopes of preempting any bugs being reported about this, I wanted to
draw to your attention that the `erc-ssl' function no longer uses
tls.el, nor should it ever do so again.  If you want TLS functionality,
use the new `erc-tls' function instead in your configuration files.
