hl-line-mode needs an index entry under "highlighting"

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

Someone on IRC just asked "Is there an easy way to get emacs to
highlight the line point is on?"  I assumed there was, so I searched
for "highlight" in the Emacs manual's index ... but never found
hl-line-mode.

If Emacs crashed, and you have the Emacs process in the gdb debugger,
please include the output from the following gdb commands:
    `bt full' and `xbacktrace'.
If you would like to further debug the crash, please read the file
/usr/local/src/emacs-cvs/etc/DEBUG for instructions.
