I wonder whether there really is a gtk+/native toolbars dichotomy here.
After all it's up to .emacs whether I want a tool-/menu-/scrollbar, what
the size of the initial frame should be ...  Hence a gtk+ initial frame
must get resized as well when .emacs turns tool-bar-mode off.
