    There are also a couple of HAVE_X11R5 and HAVE_X11R6.  I think we can get 
rid 
    of all three.  The first R6 was released in 1994.

Let's get rid of HAVE_X11R5, but before we get rid of HAVE_X11R6,
let's ask if anyone still uses a system with X11r5.  Those conditionals
are few, so we won't gain much by deleting them.
