Attached a new abbrev.c with which
you may choose the case for abbrevs freely:
abbrev case takes no longer precedence for expansion
for example
wh => Whitehous
Wh => whiteHouse
WH => whiteHouse
is possible at the same time.
Some useless but harmless case-occurence counters are still in the
code.
