On the Emacs trunk, the last change to etc/README should be reverted (ie revert to rev 1.19). rev 1.20 is a bogus merge from somewhere. Emacs 22 branch etc/README is correct. The difference arises because some icons were moved from etc/ to etc/images/ in the trunk. On a related note, we should update the images/* README files at some point with info on the new icons brought in by the recent gnus merge.
