    Now that emacs-pretest-bug is just an alias for emacs-devel and no longer
    archived, how about the following changes to avoid confusion and discourage
    crossposting?

Please don't do that.  We may want to separate the lists some day;
please do not forcelose that option.  It would gain nothing except
a tiny simplification.
