Thanks. This is how it fails now:

make[1]: *** No rule to make target `../lisp/international/charprop.el', needed
by `DOC'.  Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `T:/emacscvs/src/emacs/lib-src'
make: *** [bootstrap-gmake] Error 2
