I managed to cut my configuration info from that bug email it is:

In GNU Emacs 23.0.60.2 (i686-pc-linux-gnu, X toolkit, Xaw3d scroll bars)
 of 2008-02-04 on lamacq.ph.ed.ac.uk
configured using `configure
