You're compiling from the trunk, I suppose?

I've just checked the 22.2 prerelease, and it obeys
image-library-alist changes in .emacs (wrt libxpm, I mean). However,
the trunk does not; it is loading libxpm before the init files run.

Jason, do you think that is a change on the Windows port, or a general
change that just bites in Windows because of the delayed loading?
