I think the development on the Rmail mbox branch stopped.

As I am working on the EasyPG support for Rmail, and getting more
familiar with the Rmail code, I would be glad to revive this branch.
But since I was not part of the previous rewrite effort, it is quite
difficult to get an overview of what has been done so far and what 
still needs to be done.

Any direction from previous developers would be great.
