Having that on the context menu for the misspelled word would be great!

If that menu offered to disable it for good all the better (with a "Use
Tools -> Spell Checking to enable" message in the echo area when chosen).

I'd love if there were mouse-3 context menu's for all visual indications in
Emacs, to help with learning features, and as the main way access features
I use rarely.  I'm getting older and less interested in remembering key
bindings for everything.

For example, it would be great if outline-minor-mode offered a mouse-3
menu to Show Entry and Show All on the "...".  (I would also love to have
mouse-1 invoke Show Entry, but I guess that is a separate can of worms.)
