We have cross-synchronized CVS and arch repositories of Emacs and a
read-only git mirror, all rather officially on Savannah.  Instead of
pointing out Stefan's inadequacy, you could have just written the
backend you mean.  It would have taken you less work, had caused less
annoyance, and would have quite unambiguously given the required
information that still is not there.
