We have had multi-tty for a while, and as far as I remember, it is
undocumented in the Emacs manual, the Elisp manual and likely
underdocumented in the NEWS file. Also documentation of internals and
principles might be useful.
Are there any plans to change that? Who could actually work on that,
and how to approach and support him? Specs, guidelines, whatever?
