Official bzr repository

Hello,
 Are there any plans or time line for having an official bzr repository hosted 
on Savannah for GNU Emacs. I have been using bzr repo and following the bzr 
performance improvements. To eliminate the performance issues with the server 
hosting the emacs bzr repo, it might be a good idea to have it hosted on 
savannah (along the same lines of GIT repo).
