The 23.0.94 pretest will be available shortly. There was a minor
snafu---my internet connection died while I was uploading the tarfile to
ftp-upload.gnu.org, and now I can't continue uploading for some reason.
I've emailed the GNU webmasters for help.
The version number in CVS has already been bumped.
