Dear people,
is anyone aware of an attempt to get text in an Emacs buffer sorted
according to European Ordering Rules (EOR) or the Unicode Collation
Algorithm (UCA)?
Personally I want some rudimentary EOR functionality and could roll my
own function but would hate to do so in case someone has done useful
work in this or the UCA department.
