No, I have no idea.

I only use color-theme to get my favorite color theme,
color-theme-dark-laptop. The main benefit of color-theme is all the nice
themes you can easily try.

If theres already a theme function in Emacs, color-theme:s themes could
be adapted to use that facility instead.
