off-topic; changing entry for GNU email alias

Sorry about the slightly off-topic nature of the email, but does anyone
know how to change the alias file for GNU email addresses?

I'd like to change where mail sent to address@hidden goes, and this is
the email I use for Emacs work.  I wrote to address@hidden a few
weeks ago, but no response -- is that still the route to follow?  The
account it currently forwards to will be closed down soon.
