The working tree checked out when you make a development branch
(quickfixes or feature branch) has no build products -> you have to
make bootstrap -> takes a long time for something that's supposed to
be a quick fix.
Could we have scripts maintain a set of up-to-date .elc files somewhere?
Then people wanting to do something quick could download them instead
of bootstrapping.
